Technical Support Engineer (Level 2/3) Belfast Ocho are seeking a skilled Level 2/3 Technical Support Engineer to join our clients Belfast team, supporting a suite of core products used by top financial institutions globally. The role involves working in both a local and global team, with a focus on financial services support. Key Responsibilities: -Provide second and third-level support for financial services clients. -Assist with client onboarding and troubleshooting. -Work in Unix/Linux environments, utilizing strong analytical skills to solve problems. -Adapt to changing support needs and processes. Criteria: -Passion for technology and a desire to learn new systems. -Strong skills in Unix/Linux based environments - essential -Experience in financial services, specifically market data and order entry. -Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Bonus Skills (Not Required): -Knowledge of Networking, Deployment Management, Scripting languages, FX, crypto, FIX, ITCH protocols.
