About theRole
We're looking for anexperienced Plumber.
As amember of the Facilities team, you will proactively support theFacilities leadership team in all operational aspects ofresort plumbing. This role supportsthe entire resort and at times will require you to work withinternal and external service providers, The work will also involveplanned and un-planned work across theestate.
As a Plumber You will be carryingout planned and unplanned works to current legislative standardsand will plan and evaluate repairs, replacement parts, inventoryand innovation.
Relevant tools andequipment are all provided. Typical working hours cover five daysover seven shift pattern that includes weekends and evenings attimes. 40 hours weekly.

AboutYou
You should be able todemonstrate experience in working in a maintenance environmentwithin a plumbingspecialism.
A current recognised be askilled Plumber/Engineers with formal electrical qualificationwould be an advantage (Domestic Installer, C+G or equivalent) willalso be required.
You will have the ability toprioritise work and work to deadlines and have working knowledgeand experience of relevant regulations and H&Sprocedures.
You should have goodcommunication skills and take pride in detailed record keeping. Youshould hold a professional and positive approach at all times inthe working environment and enjoy working both as part of a teamand individually.
