About the Role

Level 2

Location: Birmingham

Contract type: 12 month Fixed term contract

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the North East & Midlands team with the option for hybrid working. We have an existing team of 12 Client Relationship colleagues who have a vast range of experience in supporting our Financial Planners and ensuring good client outcomes. In addition to this, we have an 2 Office Administrators within the team, as well as a second Client Liaison.

Your role would complement the current team and support our planners in building relationships with our clients by working alongside a fellow Client Liaison to ensure that meetings are arranged in a timely manner and managed efficiently.

I am proud to lead a team in such a successful Region and would like you to play a part in its continued success as our Client Liaison. This role is the first point of contact for a lot of our clients so I cannot stress enough how important it is that the service they receive is first class.
