Salary:£26,000 per annum+ Performance based bonus
Working hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, shift pattern between 8am 6pm Monday-Friday
Holidays:21 days plus bank holidays increases to 23 days plus bank holidays after 1 years service

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Process Design Architect to join our Operations Training, Quality Assurance and Process Governance Team. This role will suit someone who is motivated and looking for an exciting new opportunity.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Creating SOPs and H2Gs: You will be responsible for mapping E2E customer journeys and processes to support our frontline teams
- Build Compass Procedures: You will lead in developing the Compass Administration Tool to correctly translate process flows into procedures with additional scripting to support advisors
- Enhancing User Experience: Monitor and review departmental performance to identify opportunities to enhance processes and/or Compass functionality

- Excellent Written Communication Skills: You have exceptional written skills including high accuracy regarding spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with ability to proof-read and identify errors
- Ability to Work at Pace: You can manage multiple projects at one time, without compromising quality of work. Understanding the importance of meeting deadlines and highlighting risks where necessary
- Excellent Stakeholder Engagement and Problem-Solving Skills: Youre a clear communicator, building effective relationships with peers and key stakeholders, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
