Job Description: We are looking for dedicated and dynamic Store Managers to lead our Starbucks team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our store operations, leading a team of baristas, and ensuring our customers have an exceptional Starbucks experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of baristas to deliver outstanding customer service. Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales and profit targets. Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure product availability. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment. Develop and coach team members to achieve their full potential. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism. Implement and uphold Starbucks' high standards for quality and service. Qualifications: 2+ years of retail or restaurant management experience. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A passion for coffee and the Starbucks brand. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
