Role Overview:
The company are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Marketing Executive to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at driving delegate ticket sales and securing commercial sponsorships for their events. This role requires someone with a keen eye for detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns in collaboration with conference producers and the marketing team, ensuring alignment with event goals and objectives.
- Write and design marketing content for websites, social media, emails, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Identify and evaluate the most effective marketing channels and tactics to reach target audiences.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key marketing partners, negotiating mutually beneficial deals to maximise event exposure.
- Work with sponsors to enhance conference promotion and visibility.
- Draft and distribute press releases to maximise media coverage for each event.
- Create and manage email campaigns, ensuring content is proofed by Conference Production and/or the marketing manager.
- Continuously monitor, analyse, and optimise digital campaign performance to maximise ROI.
- Produce comprehensive post-event reports with insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Develop unique tracking links (URLs) for each campaign to measure success and lead generation.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas to improve marketing initiatives and broader team objectives.
