As a Platform Developer, you will apply your expertise in full-stack software development and scientific programming to help expand the company' data platform capabilities and empower the companies supporting data ecosystem.

Role

Contribute to the design and implementation of a flexible bioinformatic web-ecosystem empowering our wet lab scientists and data scientists to get more out of their data.


Engineer, optimize, and validate internal pipelines to be flexible, scalable, and configurable while maintaining production quality standards.


Be a key contributor in a dynamic and multidisciplinary team, building upon a low footprint code base to help shape the future of data exploration and interpretation


Work with DevOps support to maintain and improve our cloud infrastructure – ensuring we have an environment positioned to meet the data needs of the company


Key requirements are strong software background, experience working with bioinformatic data, python experience.
