The Role

Job Title: Intensive Housing Management Worker

Hours: 24 hours per week

Shift Pattern:Saturday & Sunday 7.45am to 20.15pm

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Intensive Housing Management worker to join the team in Coventry. P3 is an award winning charity that works with people to improve their lives, unlock peoples potential and open up new possibilities.

P3 Housing is working in partnership with Coventry City Council to deliver a new service for families in need of temporary accommodation. The scheme will offer 50 families good quality, safe accommodation, where each family will have their own, private space to call home, whilst the local authority works to find longer term accommodation for each family.

You will have excellent inter-personal skills and previous experience of working in a similar role, delivering excellent intensive housing management services in order to promote independence and support families to sustain their tenancy.You will be person centred and possess a thorough understanding of the issues faced by people who may be vulnerable.

As part of this role, you will also support tenant involvement and liaise with tenants on any housing related issues and scope for service improvement, whilst also working with partners to deliver family orientated activities within the scheme and bringing in key services to support the families.
