Role Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective communication strategies to engage with tenants, businesses, and the local community.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Coordinate and deliver engaging events and campaigns to attract visitors and increase footfall.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote the venue and increase brand awareness.
- Collect and analyse data to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement creative campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
