Communications and Engagement Coordinator
Role Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Communications and Engagement Coordinator to join our client in the retail world. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a passion for building relationships and driving engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective communication strategies to engage with tenants, businesses, and the local community.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate and deliver engaging events and campaigns to attract visitors and increase footfall.
  • Utilize social media platforms to promote the venue and increase brand awareness.
  • Collect and analyse data to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement creative campaigns.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in social media management and digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach
