What you'll do

Contribute to our brand as a dynamic and disruptive learning solutions company, where trusted partnerships and an exceptional client experience is at the heart of who we are

Deliver interactive and engaging training, using a variety of activities with a natural and approachable style, across a host of different mediums including face to face, and virtual platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and client-led systems

Design innovative and impactful training content, leaning on your experience in leadership and soft skills

Consult with senior client stakeholders to understand and unpick their organisation’s challenges and offer clear, simple and tangible learning solutions, where possible leaning on your own corporate experience

Work with the internal team to create visually appealing client proposals where required

Develop long-term client relationships with stakeholders across a variety of brands

Manage projects from start to finish, effectively communicating, keeping things on track and analysing return on investment and impact

Be part of the PeopleUnboxed team, supporting the internal team as well as our external partners and associate trainers where required, and contributing to business success

Keep up-to-date with current and evolving industry trends
