About the Role

Due to an internal move, a great opportunity to join our successful Credit Control team has arisen. You will be responsible for cash collection, achieving individual and team targets, query resolution, reporting, cash allocations and reducing DSO. You will become part of a friendly supportive successful team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible for a ledger collecting the companies debt to agreed terms by phone and email
  • Achieving monthly individual and team cash targets
  • Query resolution
  • Dispute reporting/Meetings
  • Maintaining DSO and keeping aged debt to a minimum
  • Processing and allocation of cash receipts
  • General Credit control admin i.e looking after mailboxes and coding remits
  • Investigating unallocated cash
  • Completion of vendor forms/ Supplier questionnaires
Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 + years Business to Business Credit Control
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels Internally and Externally
  • Ability to build relationships Internally /Externally
  • Ability to follow process and instruction
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages inc. excel and word
  • Excellent work ethic with a proactive attitude
  • Team player
  • CICM or working towards
