Our Colonnade Bar in sunny Brighton is seeking experience Bar Team Members to join our friendly team! The Colonnade Bar is a Grade II listed building in the heart of the city. The Colonnade and the Theatre Royal recently underwent a huge restoration project, to restore the building and façade to its original condition. The Colonnade Bar is a local's favourite, and requires people to be friendly, welcoming, and to help create a relaxed atmosphere in the pub.
You will work closely with the pub supervisors operationally on shifts to creating the best environment for all our guests. The Colonnade also is supported by a cellar team, working closely with all bar staff to make the day to day running as smooth as possible.
This is a great opportunity to join and work within a new team in a newly refurbished pub, and to contribute to the reputation and standing of the pub as part of the community and cultural centre of the town.
To Note: You will be required to work various shift patterns in line with the opening hours of the pub, including daytimes, evenings, and weekends.
