Instead of working in one department, we’relooking for new Team Members to work across different teams onresort to support our guests and provide them with a fantasticexperience during their stay withButlin’s.

We’re looking for high spiritedand fun-loving multi-taskers who love learning new things andworking with a like-minded group of people.
Ourteams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we arecurrently looking for amazing team members to join us in our bar,shops and accommodation teams.
Asa Team Member + 1, you will work on Monday and Fridays cleaning ouraccommodation and then you will work in one of our Bars & Shopsvenues for the rest of the week.
Previous barsor shops experience is necessary, so you can jump in to support ourteam right in the middle of our Life MusicWeekenders!
Ourresorts are open in the week and during the weekend so you willneed flexibility to work late nights andweekends.
