Finance Manager - Up to £60,000pa - Office based in Rugby - Growing Buisness

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Leadership: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to align with organisational goals.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and prepare accurate financial statements.
  • Cost Control: Optimise costs without compromising service quality.
  • Collaboration: Work with senior leadership to drive financial strategy and growth.
  • Risk & Team Management: Mitigate financial risks and lead the finance team for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
  • Proven financial management experience.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel.
