Due to an increased work load they are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the team. The successful candidate will help deliver top-quality projects across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. The Right role: Managing the commercial aspects of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents, ensuring accurate forecasting. Overseeing subcontractor and supplier contracts, ensuring competitive pricing and high standards of service. Providing financial reports and advice to senior management, helping drive strategic decision-making. Ensuring that all work complies with relevant regulations and industry standards. Working closely with the project team to ensure quality and client satisfaction. The Right Fit: It is essential you have 1-2 years experience in a busy Quantity Surveying role.
