The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Principal Safety Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can assume responsibilities with minimal direction and possess extensive experience in the rail domain. This role is integral to ensuring the safety and reliability of our projects, with a focus on CSM-RA delivery, hazard identification, and operational safety. Knowledge of ETCS would be desirable. Key Responsibilities: Deliver Common Safety Method for Risk Evaluation and Assessment (CSM-RA) to meet regulatory and client requirements. Create and maintain Hazard Record, facilitate hazard identification workshops, and conduct thorough risk assessments. Apply knowledge of EN50126 standards to enhance safety processes. Essential Requirements: Minimum 5 years proven rail experience Strong skills in designing and delivering safety plans, including the creation of Hazard Record and risk assessments. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
