Senior BMS Engineer

Their services are utilised in the design, supplying and installation of BMS solutions. They assist data centres, commercial office spaces, high-end residential properties, newly constructed buildings as just part of their project work. They pride themselves on their speed, efficiency, and quality. About the Role: BMS Engineer Joining their London-based team, youll take on the role of Distech BMS Engineer. Reporting to the Head of Operations, youll be responsible for taking lead on BMS Projects and training up junior members of the team where deemed necessary. Responsibilities: · Conduct PPM Services (Planned preventative maintenance) for BMS Projects · Conduct the maintenance & servicing of managed services · Conduct commissioning, for aspects of business not under managed services · Happy to work on-call and overtime where necessary (additional pay will reflect this) Requirements · Minimum 5 years experience within BMS industry as an engineer. 8 is ideal. · Experience working at senior level as a BMS Engineer · Experience with Distech and at least 1 of the following in order of priority: Trend, Tridium or Schneider · Proven communication skills Package: · Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum Overtime · Training, Certifications and Progression · Car allowance EV Scheme after 3-6 months servicing · Private medical care · Critical illness cover · Pension · 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
