The Opportunity We are looking for a highly effective MarTech Manager with a demonstrable background in driving marketing transformation through the effective use of technology, delivering measurable business results, including higher ROI and more effective marketing campaigns by enhancing customer engagement, improving personalisation and streamlining processes. As the MarTech Lead, your core areas of responsibility will be maximising the existing Martech stack, evaluating new and emerging technologies and platforms and recommending/introducing them where appropriate; data integration; automation & personalisation; measurement & reporting and vendor management. The Candidate: It is essential that you have proven experience in managing a marketing technology stack, with hands-on expertise in Braze and Snowflake amongst other related platforms too. Cross-functional and collaborative working; deep knowledge of data integration, automation, and personalisation strategies within a digital marketing environment; and strong analytical skills are all absolutely vital for this role and as an experienced MarTech Manager, will all be skills you have honed over the years.
