As our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be fully accountable for shaping and driving the overall marketing, communications and public relations strategy of the company across all markets. You will lead a multi-functional team to elevate the brand’s visibility and ensure we maintain our leading position within the global wellness market. This role will play a critical part in identifying growth opportunities, driving customer acquisition, and maximising brand presence through innovative and performance-driven marketing initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term marketing strategy that positions Revive Collagen as the global leader in the ingestible collagen market. Set clear goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing functions, ensuring alignment with the broader company objectives. Lead the creation of a multi-channel marketing plan, encompassing digital, PR, partnerships, influencer marketing, and in-store promotions to drive brand awareness and growth globally. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, both domestic and international, to expand brand presence and revenue streams. Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all platforms and customer touchpoints, including digital, retail, and packaging. Lead the charge in creative marketing initiatives that differentiate Revive Collagen in a competitive marketplace. Oversee the development of brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing plans that support key business initiatives and resonate with target audiences. Develop and protect the brand identity, ensuring it remains at the forefront of industry trends while reflecting our values and goals. Oversee the of all digital marketing strategies to drive online customer acquisition and retention. Collaborate with the Head of eCommerce & Digital to enhance the performance of the Revive Collagen website and drive direct-to-consumer sales through optimised digital user experiences. Manage online marketing budgets effectively, maximising ROI through cost-efficient ad placements and data-driven decision-making. Implement sophisticated analytics and tracking across digital channels to ensure transparency in performance and make data-driven decisions for optimisation. Work closely with the product development team to create compelling product marketing strategies that align with Revive Collagen‘s growth objectives. Lead the go-to-market strategy for all product launches, from concept through execution, including packaging, pricing, promotions, and post-launch analysis. Collaborate with global sales and distribution teams to create marketing assets that support product launches in retail environments and across online platforms. Oversee the ongoing management and expansion of Revive Collagen‘s ambassador and influencer program, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and marketing campaigns. Develop innovative partnership opportunities with high-profile influencers and celebrities that extend the brand’s reach and appeal to new audiences. Develop and implement a robust public relations strategy to amplify the brand’s presence in the media, both in the UK and internationally. Build and maintain relationships with key journalists, editors, and industry insiders to secure high-profile coverage in print, digital, and broadcast media globally. Act as a spokesperson for the company, representing Revive Collagen at industry events when required. Analyse and interpret consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape data to inform and shape the marketing strategy. Monitor key performance metrics across campaigns and channels, reporting on performance to senior leadership while recommending data-driven adjustments. Conduct customer segmentation analysis to better understand core customer groups and refine marketing efforts to increase engagement, conversion, and loyalty. Work closely with other departments, including sales, product, customer service, and eCommerce, to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and create a seamless customer journey. Collaborate with retail and wholesale partners to ensure in-store marketing, opportunities are maximised. Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that elevate the brand and expand its reach into new markets. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 7 years of experience in similar role, specifically within the beauty, wellness, or nutrition field. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
