NQ Company Commercial Solicitor – This s an excellent opportunity to join a large UK Chambers ranked Legal 500 practice with an excellent reputation. They are now looking to expand the team with a further Corporate Commercial lawyer at NQ level.
About the Role
The commercial team use their extensive legal knowledge and industrial expertise to achieve their client’s objectives. You will be involved in a number of different projects for a range of clients, advising structuring, drafting and negotiating at each stage. You will predominantly deal with a wide range of commercial contracts including agency and distribution agreements, supply/purchase agreements of goods and services, manufacturing agreements, franchising, E-commerce, technology agreements, IT agreements, JV agreements, marketing and advertising agreements, transport and logistics, confidentiality and NDAs, some IP assignments, and providing a significant amount of Corporate support for the M&A projects in terms of commercial due diligence/disclosure.
Candidate Requirements
You will need to have a solid track record in commercial law gained as a Paralegal and whilst sitting a seat during your training. They are looking for a NQ-2 PQE who wishes to progress their career further, there is real room for progression. You will need an appetite for active involvement in marketing, business development and the ambition to build a career as part of a multidisciplinary firm that helps solve problems for a broad range of clients.
