Job Description

Here at Evelyn Partners we have a rapidly growing Employment Tax business and are seeking a new Manager or Senior Manager to join our dynamic team of 30.

You will be a key player in managing our clients employment Tax Advisory and compliance needs, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service and maintain our commitment to our clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide technical guidance and advice to clients on employment tax issues, including employee benefits, share schemes and international assignments.
  • Oversee the management and delivery of employment tax compliance services, including PAYE, National Insurance, and other related obligations.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to prepare and review employment tax returns and documentation.
  • Stay updated on tax legislation and provide insights and updates to clients and team members.

Qualifications

Qualifications and experience:

  • Relevant professional qualifications - ATT/CTA or equivalent with significant experience in Employment Taxes.
  • High level of technical knowledge of UK employment tax legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
