Director - Transport PlanningRPS is looking for a Transport Planning Director to join the UK Transport Planning Team. The key driver in this role is to identify new opportunities to build on our client base and, directly contribute to RPS’ growth and success. We bring our transport planning expertise to all forms of property and infrastructure development, covering energy generation, residential, commercial, sporting, leisure, health and educational land uses.We’re RPS and our people are our success. We need people who share our passion on solving the problems that matter. Our flat structure creates greater collaboration and speed of communication and working with some of the brightest minds in the industry, we’ll need your input.What you’ll be doingYou will be responsible for generating new business from your client base, recruiting and developing your new team, and providing clients with expert transport planning advice to secure the success of their land use development projects.You'll have autonomy with full support from the wider Transport Team to build the business, which supports developers, housebuilders and infrastructure providers.Who we’re looking forWith experience within this sector, you’ll already be familiar with what we’re looking for.
