ARNE is an apparel and footwear brand/retailer based in Birchwood Park near Warrington, UK. We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near & far east and then ship directly to our customers, via ARNEclo.com. We have recently branched out and are now also available via Selfridges both in store and online.  We have ambitious objectives over the next decade with the team believing all targets are achievable through new product category launches in shoes and womenswear alongside the creation of paid media, CRM activity and further international growth to amplify the great product / brand assets we have already created. Reporting to our Head of Design & Buying, you’ll responsible for leading the design and development of new products across all of our ranges as well as working on new product category launches. As a Senior Designer you will work closely with the Design and Buying Manager as well as the Co-Founder to develop the ARNE brand identity. Requirements Support with the creative direction and design aesthetic for all product ranges alongside the Head of Design & Buying & Co-Founder. Continuously improve product quality ensuring customer satisfaction alongside the Garment Tech team. Develop new product ranges that align with the brand identity and market trends. Research and analyse current market trends, continuously improving designs to keep the brand relevant. Work closely with the logistics and product development team to ensure products are delivered on time and on budget. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the wider team and external manufactures for efficient product delivery. Any other ad hoc duties as required. Essential Experience and Skills Ability to design across multiple product categories Strong knowledge of garment construction, manufacturing techniques, and industry developments Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Must have experience managing a team In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or other design software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with others.
