They are looking for a Probate Case Handler to join their busy Probate department. Duties and Responsibilities of a Probate Case Handler:Ability to manage your own caseload efficiently from initial instruction through to making distributionsLiaising with bereaved clients and their advisors, regularly keeping all parties updated whilst moving the cases on expediently and proficientlyMonitoring the teams inbox and ensuring all cases are up-to-date and tracked accordingly on the systemArranging for the collation of relevant data to support casesDrafting of legal documents and arranging/allocating payments from estates The Ideal Candidates:MUST be familiar with all aspects of probate case management, from a previous/current roleExcellent customer service and communication skills are a necessityExemplary IT skills with the ability to learn a new system quicklyProactive nature with excellent attention to detailHappy to travel into the office full time (5 days a week) This business offers a number of opportunities to learn and develop internally and externally, supporting further education and qualifications.
