Job Description Weekends (Flexible working hours)Are you looking for a new, exciting career in 2024.We are looking for a Care professional, with a compassionate heart who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Kensington and Chelsea. As a Caregiver, you will be able to provide an environment where our clients can live as independent as possible in their own home with your support.Responsibilities may include:CompanionshipAccompanying your client to appointments or a visit to the shopsMeal preparation and light houseworkBuilding strong professional relationshipsAssistance with personal care and taking medicationsWhat does being a Caregiver involve?Minimum 2-hour visitsIntroductions to all new clientsCaregivers matched to clients based on hobbies and interests.Visiting the same Clients for continuity of care and to allow you to build meaningful relationshipsCaregiver benefits: Award-winning trainingRates of pay start at £12.60 and increase with completed Care certificateHoliday pay/ Bank holiday ratesTravel expenses paid between clientsFull learning and development programs (NVQ qualifications)Rewards scheme and Employee support lineCare assistant social eventsHome Instead BenefitsCare friends (refer to a friend scheme to earn up to £150)Blue light card discountQualificationsNo formal qualifications are needed for this role. Experience of working in a care setting would be advantageous however not essential as full training and on-going support is provided as standard.Additional InformationAs a Care Professional, you will receive industry leading training, great rates of pay and excellent support.If you're looking for work which is extremely rewarding and satisfactory and have a high-degree of flexibility to meet our clients' needs, we would love to hear from you.
