We’re looking for someone with solid experience in landscape and visual impact assessments and a flair for feasibility studies.Role & Responsibilities Conduct landscape and Visual impact appraisals, along with Zone of Theoretical Visibility analysis, and prepare the planning applications and environmental statements following thisCreate plans, illustrative materials, and graphic presentations to complement reports and studiesCollaborate effectively with internal teams and clients to accurately understand and interpret their instructionsUndertake landscape design responsibilities, including large-scale master planning, softwork, and mitigation design, while excluding detailed landscape or urban design tasksPresent design concepts to clients, planning officers, and other stakeholdersFacilitate the discharge of landscape-related planning conditions, such as developing landscape management and maintenance plans Required Skills & Experience 2 – 5 years of experience post charteredProven knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS and BNS planting design softwareMust have a degree in Landscape ArchitectureStrong written and verbal communication skillsCMLI is essentialExtensive knowledge of LVIA projects and Landscape Planning.
