Support worker

Vetro Social Care is actively seeking experienced adult learning Disability Support Workers to work within services located in Caerphilly County Borough (Blackwood, Ystrad Mynach or Fleur de lis) . The service supports 4 ladies with learning and mobility difficulties with personal care, medication administration, food preparation, accessing the community etc. You will be assisting residents through a care pathway to help them live as independently as possible. A driver's licence with a vehicle is essential as there will be an element of supporting residents in the community (swimming, shopping, bowling etc). You will be helping with their Progression through a care pathway to live as independently as possible. You will have the support of a team of multi-professionals.
