Teaching Assistant - Maidstone Area Are you passionate about supporting young learners in a school environment? We're looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join schools across the Maidstone area. Whether you're experienced or new to the field, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the personal and academic development of students in a supportive and engaging setting. Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers with classroom activities and provide essential support to students across different subjects. Work with small groups or individual students, offering personalised attention to help meet their learning needs. Help manage classroom behaviour, fostering a positive learning environment. Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEND) to ensure inclusively and engagement in the classroom. Assist in preparing learning materials and classroom resources. Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and help identify areas for improvement. What We're Looking For: A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational growth. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability in supporting different subjects and age groups. Prior experience working in a school setting (preferred but not essential). An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one). Benefits: Competitive pay rates.
