Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach. Prospect Engagement: Understand client needs and effectively communicate the benefits of the companys solutions. Appointment Setting: Arrange meetings for Business Sales Consultants, ensuring a smooth transition from lead qualification to sales. Pipeline Management: Keep the CRM system updated, recording all interactions and follow-ups with potential clients. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation goals. Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets, with the potential for rapid promotion based on results. Whats on Offer: Competitive Salary: Starting salary circa £27,000, depending on experience. Rapid Career Progression: Achieve targets for two consecutive financial quarters to potentially be promoted to a Business Sales Consultant within six months, with a salary increase and new title.
