Home Instead Oxford have opportunities for new Morning Care Assistant's to join our team and be there to support our clients with their morning routines and get ready for the day ahead.Becoming a Morning Care Assistant with us means you'll become part of our family and be able to make a difference to our clients in their own homes. The role involves supporting with meal preparation, administering medication, helping with personal care, giving companionship, help around the house and much more. Our visits start from 8am and we can offer full or part time roles to work around you and your current commitments.If you have never worked in care before - never fear! We offer an extensive training and welcome programme so you feel ready to become a Home Instead Morning Care Assistant. We will also mentor you, and give you access to an online learning platform so you can learn the ropes. Our benefits and pay rates:£12.75 per hour during the week & £13.75 per hour on a weekendPaid travel time at £11.44 per hourPaid trainingBank Holiday pay rate of £25.50 per hourPaid mileage @ 35p – 45p a milePaid ongoing training and development plus fully funded NVQ 2/3/4 availableFree Blue Light CardPension SchemeAccess to our EarlyPay scheme to enable withdrawals of pay before paydayFree 24/7 Employee Assistance ProgrammeWhat do we need from you?Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is desired.
