Their wards are spacious, equipment is first class, abundant, and includes CT.Team: Their Nurse team forms the largest unit in their two locations with its own headcount of 30 talented, brave, hard-working, creative, caring, and at times pure genius magicians. Experience in their team ranges from 18 years since qualification down to SVNs.Support: Their nurse team is managed with care, compassion, and trust. Support is always on hand. Career goals are encouraged with many of their nurses currently studying for certificates.Role: They are seeking talented RVNs or SVNs. You will work across both of their locations.Duties: Their Nurses rotate between wards, theatres, and consults with a fair and even distribution. The caseload is abundant and intriguing with their theatre days offering up more than just routine procedures. Their rota is balanced to ensure a decent work/life balance. Hours:They understand not one rota fits all so if the below doesn't work for you they would be interested in discussing your needs and looking at how they can facilitate this.Their nurses work a variety of shifts including an early (6:45 am - 3:45 pm) core (8:30 am - 5:30 pm) mid (9 am - 6 pm) or late (10 am - 7 pm) shift.Their nurses work one in 5 weekends, if working the weekend you will receive the Thursday & Friday prior to and Monday and Tuesday following the weekend off. Additionally, you will also be required to work on the night rotation (between the hours of 7.00 pm and 7.00 am), normally on 4 nights over a 10 week period (subject to optimal staffing levels).Their nurses also work a night rota.
