Role: Sector Project ManagerLocation: Waterlooville, HampshireHours: Full-Time, 37.5hrs per week, Flexible HoursSalary Range: £70k to £80k depending on experienceAbout the roleFollowing business growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Project Manager to lead our Water/Wastewater Team.Our Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects in the water/wastewater industry of our two main customers major water customers in the South. The water/wastewater team is made up of project managers and engineers. In addition, the role would be part of our leadership team developing the strategic growth of the business unit.Main Responsibilities:Lead the water/wastewater team in delivering circa £2M pounds of work annually.Managing the account with the key water customers and delivering projects. Point of contact for customers and suppliers – building and maintaining good, ongoing. professional working relationships, managing expectations (customers) or utilising expertise (suppliers)Responsible for Resourcing / Project loading / Order bank Management for the Team.Review and reflect on project delivery to identify areas of continuous improvement.The Person:Experience of delivering PLC/SCADA projects in the market vertical (Water/Wastewater)Ability to develop and maintain great relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.Be a dynamic and proactive team player who strives to deliver high-quality work at the highest level of customer service.Experience carrying out site surveys to understand the project requirements and to produce accurate quotations.Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on standards and quality, while working to demanding deadlines.Benefits PackageWhat we can offer in return: Salary from £70,000 to £80,000 depending on experienceHolidays – 25 days plus bank holidaysHealth Shield – Employee Assistance SchemeProfit Share SchemeVinci Share Scheme (6 Month LOS qualifying period)EV Car Purchase Scheme (1 Year LOS qualifying period)Company Pension Scheme (Contributions matched up to 6%)Hybrid working options following completion of probationary period.Disability Benefit Scheme and Death in Service Insurance.Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?Who are Actemium Automation Hampshire?Actemium Automation Hampshire are an Engineering Projects business unit that predominantly deliver multi-discipline solutions in Manufacturing/Water/Fuel Storage and Distribution sectors, in Southern England.
