Description :Content Editor Location: Bristol, OnsiteSalary: Up to £23,657.50 per annumLikewize Support provide knowledge solutions and technical support for a range of world class brands, from banks & cell phone networks to retailers. Our Digital Delivery (DD) function creates the content for those support tools underpinned by continuous insight.The Content Editor writes articles, specs, step-by-step troubleshooter scripts and other support content that enable non-technical people to resolve technical problems and find the answers to general device queries.The role requires the editor to have an excellent command of English and the ability to answer complex questions in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
