As a Trainee Dealer, you'll embark on an exciting journey in the casino industry, learning the ins and outs of dealing various casino games while providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.Participate in comprehensive training programs to learn casino game rules and dealing techniquesAssist in conducting various casino games, including blackjack, roulette, and pokerEnsure compliance with all gaming regulations and casino policiesProvide friendly and professional customer service to casino patronsMaintain a clean and organized gaming areaCollaborate with team members to create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for guestsHandle chips and cash accurately and efficientlyMonitor gaming activities to prevent cheating and maintain game integrityAdapt to different shifts and working hours as required by the casino's scheduleContinuously improve skills and knowledge of casino operationsQualificationsMust be {AGE} or older and have the right to work in the UKExcellent numerical skills with the ability to perform quick mental calculationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanorAbility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysQuick learner with a keen eye for detailAbility to maintain composure and work effectively under pressureTeam player with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the casino industryPrevious customer service or hospitality experience is a plusNo prior dealing experience required – full training will be providedMust be able to stand for extended periods and have good hand dexterityWillingness to undergo any required background checks or licensing procedures
