Responsibilities Help to map the regulatory framework, horizon scan for developments, report and respond to regulation or legislation withinpliance’s remit. Assit in helping to develop, implement, embed and maintain an efficient and independentpliance Function. Assess whether policies and procedures, systems and controls fully address regulatory orpliance strategic requirements. Investigate breaches of regulatory requirements Ad-hoc Financial Crime support from an anti-bribery, licensing and sanctions standpoint Carry out monitoring activities in line with the annualpliance Plan and on an ad-hoc basis, ensuring that remedial action is taken, and material issues, incidents and breaches are escalated to relevant stakeholders. Key Requirements Prior Lloyds of London experience is essential from a products standpoint Ideally a minimum of 2-3 years experience working in a similarpliance role Strong regulatory and corporateernance knowledge/understanding required.
