Head of Property Services - 9 Month Fixed Term - £87,We are recruiting for a Head of Property for a 9 month fixed term contract covering the North Region and Central London area. In this role you will be responsible for providing the day to day delivery of property services across North and Central London. Leading a team of professionals from across property related disciplines, you will work in collaboration with colleagues to ensure regional property needs are being promoted, planned and delivered to obtain great customer outcomes. You will lead delivery a team of surveying and technical advisory services alongside project management of complex cases and legal disrepair across the property portfolio.
