You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, dedicated to The Entertainer concessions within Tesco stores.You will be responsible for ensuring the Entertainer space is set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, shelves are well-stocked, and that your fellow merchandisers are trained in all things toys!You will operate within a region, travelling across the South East London towards Canterbury to achieve coverage and quality targets by supporting, training and coaching colleagues.Interested in learning more? How you'll deliver excellence: Expert at the Entertainer You'll know the Entertainer brand and products inside and out, and more importantly, share that knowledge with your team! Coaching and Training You'll coach and train fellow merchandisers on merchandising principles and the correct processes and procedures to ensure we offer a high-quality service to our clients.You'll lead inducting and training new merchandisers working on The Entertainer concession within Tesco stores.You'll support the Regional Manager in identifying skills gaps and support the resulting upskilling initiatives. Compliance and Standards You'll provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams as the eyes and ears in the stores.You'll act as a compliance champion, holding yourself and your colleagues accountable to deliver the highest standards.You'll know and stick to the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures and health and safety guidance. Partnership Support You'll build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers, and local Entertainer Field Managers.You'll provide quality feedback and category intelligence to the client account team.You'll capture photo and video content for marketing purposes.
