About you What we are looking for: We're seeking a designer who shares our passion for creating exceptional work and fostering a collaborative culture. Creative flair: A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and a keen eye for detail. Time management: Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines. You are a talented designer with a strong understanding of branding and identity. You have a proven track record in designing for both internal and external communications. A strong portfolio demonstrating your graphic and digital skills across various media is essential. You are passionate about creative problem-solving and have a proactive approach to projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a must, and experience with video editing and animation software is a plus. This role would suit a designer or creative artworker who is ready to take on more design responsibility, or an existing middleweight designer who wants to showcase their abilities and gain a greater understanding of how a brand works from the heart of a developing business.
