The role can be based in Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds or Lancashire (hybrid).This is a senior position so we are looking for candidates upwards of 7 years PQE to join at either Legal Director or Partner level.You will have expertise in advising on a range of corporate tax matters including M&A Transactions, corporate restructuring and Real Estate.
