Job summary The North West Maternity Regional Team seek a Maternity Programme Manager to support the delivery of national maternity transformation priorities. We are looking for someone who is motivated, a good communicator with proven programme management experience, with the ability to build productive working relationships with system partners. As a key member of the team, the successful post holder will work collaboratively with clinical and managerial leads, system and regional stakeholders, and maternity service providers. Main duties of the job As the Maternity Programme Manager, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team. The post holder will support through: Programme and project management Communication and stakeholder engagement Change management and improvement science Pathway redesign Maternity managerial expertise.
