Job Title : Electrical Qualifying Supervisor (QS) Are you an experienced Electrical Qualifying Supervisor looking to elevate your career in a dynamic and growing company? About Us For over a decade, our client has been at the forefront of delivering high-quality electrical solutions, specialising in domestic, commercial, and maintenance work, including fire alarms, emergency lighting, and local authority compliance contracts. With a dedicated team of 40 qualified engineers, supported by a robust administrative and managerial staff, they are committed to excellence in every project they undertake. The Role As an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company’s reputation for high standards and compliance. You will be responsible for overseeing the inspection, testing, and certification of electrical installations, ensuring all works meet the stringent NICEIC regulations. This is an office-based role with opportunities to engage in field support, providing technical guidance engineers, and assisting with their ongoing training and development. Key Responsibilities Act as an additional QS under our NICEIC registration Verify and electronically log all electricians' inspection and testing results, ensuring accurate certification for clients Conduct post-inspection checks to ensure compliance and quality, reporting findings to the Divisional Manager Provide technical support and guidance to field engineers Assist in the preparation for annual NICEIC inspections and produce necessary documentation Deliver toolbox talks and training sessions to engineers Support senior management with contract administration and compliance Participate in the progression and appraisals of engineers and apprentices What We Offer Salary : £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications Benefits : PAYE position with stability Company fuel card or van allowance Company iPad and Laptop Generous holiday allowance Company pension scheme Ongoing training and career progression opportunities Private healthcare after one year of service About You Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 standard City and Guilds 2391 in Testing and Inspection 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Proven experience with domestic installations and Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) Strong diagnostic skills in LV circuits Experience in social housing compliance is highly desirable Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Ready to Take the Next Step?
