Our client is a law firm that specialises in family law and criminal matters. The close-knit firm are searching for a professional individual with general family law knowledge.Duties include but are not limited to:Providing legal support to the directors, solicitors and wider teamTo manage case files and ensure all information is includedMultiple diary management and input of key dates and appointmentsTo complete a monthly seminar course Legal support to scan documents, transcribe letters and organising emails and documents to the internal systemTo ensure the office runs smoothly and complete administrative duties as requiredTo maintain confidentiality and compliance with the Data Protection Act and GDPRAbsence cover when needed The ideal candidate:A minimum of 1 year experience in legal administrationExcellent IT skills in Microsoft OfficeExperience in using the ALB system(preferred)General knowledge of family lawA professional approach with excellent interpersonal client care skills to handle cases with a sensitive mannerAbility to take own initiative If you have worked in a similar legal environment and have an interest in family law, then you could be successful in this role as a Legal Admin Support.
