PeopleCert is looking for a Senior Editor/Editorial Associate, experienced in publishing English content, who will be responsible for commissioning, developing, reviewing, editing, and proofreading our Business & IT products, i.e. ITIL, PRINCE2, DevOps Institute.As a Senior Editor/Editorial Associate your tasks will include the following: Develop, edit and proofread content to ensure alignment with product specifications, instructional design specifications, structure and language consistency and excellent quality Work closely with subject-matter experts, commissioning editor, product development, and product management to ensure that core guidance is aligned with the product specification Source and liaise with Subject-Matter Experts (SMEs) and external partners, integral to product development Liaise with various other internal and external teams to ensure the successful development and delivery of products, including designers, product team, marketing and printing Monitor the process and report to the Project Manager, to ensure that projects are delivered to the agreed deadline, budget and specifications What we look for: Bachelor’s degree in a similar field 5+ years experience in a similar role in publishing, including experience in managing SMEs and learning assets including Books, Digital Content and Training Materials Exceptional copywriting, copyediting and proofreading skills Proven experience in working well under pressure with tight deadlines, as well as solid teamwork and project management skills Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) & Content Creation for learning platforms, will be an asset Native or excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification is required, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus) Be at the top of technology solutions, and use the latest tools as per the latest tech trends (e.g. creating content with AI tools) Knowledge & understanding of PRINCE2 or ITIL qualifications will be an asset Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advanced level certification is desirable Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Well organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.
