This will be a staff role based in Aberdeen, we offer hybrid working and flexible benefits. You will work on exciting projects and make global connections. You will be responsible for overseeing the total construction field effort to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design, specifications, budget and schedules and will also coordinate and supervise operational delivery to ensure work is delivered on schedule. Qualifications: Typically minimum qualified to ISCED Level 5 (technical diploma / apprenticeship) or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience Knowledge,skillsandexperience Appropriate level of field construction experience, typically gained through extensive experience in a relevant industry Personalattributes Well organised, observant, good interpersonal and communication skills Display both good judgment and leadership qualities Ability to work with timelines / targets Ability to be assertive and drive culture change when required Excellent interpersonal organisational, communication and team building skills Role model Wood’s values & behaviours undefined
