Job Description This role is leading an important and continually growing retail client, ASICS.The role of the Biddable Account Manager requires a highly motivated & technical person to lead planning and buying in paid search and paid social. This role sits within the UK Biddable team, managing activations across Europe. The manager will work with 3 executives and report into an associate director, delivering best in class campaign strategy, overseeing execution and delivering brilliant client service.You will work closely with partners including Google (with YouTube), Facebook/Instagram, Reddit, Snap, Pinterest and TikTok. Biddable experience is preferred, but candidates with a background in either Paid Search or Paid Social will be considered.You will ensure the biddable media strategy is executed, implementation and optimization goals are achieved and client’s targets are met as efficiently as possible.Key ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for campaigns’ overall activation and performance on social channels and Google ads incl. YouTubeServe as day-to-day contact for clients and the lead for the internal planning teamsEstablish practices to ensure both consistency in team-work, along with flexibility to flourish under new ideasImplement a test and learning planProactively find new and innovative ways to drive forward the strategy for each clientQualificationsWho we are looking for:We are looking for a new or experienced Manager, to lead the strategic and tactical execution of the biddable campaigns. The dynamic and fast-paced nature of Paid Social demands a mix of creative and analytical skills in order to drive results. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with data and have very strong attention to detail. They will be a team player who is keen to learn and is results-driven. They will be ready to take responsibility for the effective implementation of activity within their accounts and be eager to share their knowledge with the wider team and be an effective mentor and role model to their team.Pre-requisites for the role:Paid Social and/or Paid Search related experienceStrong analytical and problem solving skillsTeam training and leadership skillsAbility to effectively communicate with clients, particularly explaining technical concepts to those in non-technical rolesAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, across multiple internal stakeholdersSome experience in using tools as Marin, Omniture, Smartly, AdWords, Sprinklr (all optional)
