We design connected, sustainable solutions that integrate existing infrastructure with new technologies, and optimize the mobility of people and goods.Role DescriptionAs part of our Programme and Project Management team, youll help deliver some of the biggest, most iconic projects imaginable, with some of the best talent around. With your energy, agility and a keen eye for detail, youll deliver transformational outcomes for multiple clients every day.You will establish and maintain an information management and document control service function, processes, procedures and supporting systems. In addition, you will maintain effective control of all programme / project information and documentation, consistent with client & project standards and processes. Role Accountabilities Engage withdelivery teams as key contact for the Sponsor and Project. Liaise with other project teams and client functions to agree conformity of approach and consistent accessibility of documentation. Monitor Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) so that it is rolled out into business as usual within agreed timescales, maintaining conformity of approach, consistent configuration of systems and standard accessibility of documentation. Carry out assurance and monitoring of data completeness and quality across the Common Data Environment Approve processes, procedures, and systems to maintain effective information management and document control. Manage for effective resourcing of document control activity. Monitor adoption of information management and document control processes within programme and project teams. Qualifications and Experience Prior experience in a similar role
