About the role We’re looking for a calm, nurturing Tutor to support within this well-resourced,SEND school in March. The perfect candidate will be motivated, calm and professional, ideally with knowledge of SEND and therapeutic learning. This post would suit an individual with a passion for supporting children and young people who have faced previous barriers to learning. About the school This Alternative Provision works with young people who have struggled previously with mainstream education. It is newly developed and looking to expand in the near future. Requirements To be considered for the role of SEND Tutor you will: Ideally have experience of working with children with SEND, however this is not essentialBe flexible, kind and patient Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service. Salary £100 to £190 per day Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
