With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the worlds most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.Role accountabilities: Competent to be able to undertake and deliver Technical Due Diligence reports for funder and investor clients. Able to review individual elements of a project at the Due Diligence Technical initial report stage and review risk during the monitoring phase of the project. Provide diligent ongoing monitoring during construction and approving draw-downs from the agreed fund. Be client facing and be able to engage with clients on a regular basis to build relationships as part of a business development strategy. Represent the company in a professional and diligent manner at all times. Effective communication ensuring all information is available for the successful completion of projects. To liaise with other colleagues to ensure efficient financial control resulting in projects being cost effective. Qualifications & Experience: Proven technical experience Previous experience of working in a client facing role (ideally working with lenders across the UK). Knowledge and understanding of property development, market trends in procurement and funding of projects. Literate and able to produce detailed due diligence reports focusing on cost, programme and quality on behalf of a funder. An understanding of loan documentation to identify and monitor clauses for compliance and risk reports. Able to recognise and catalogue financial security being provided by the Borrower (e.g. Collateral warranties, Third Party Rights, Performance Bonds, Cost Overrun Cash Deposits, etc.). Experience of working in teams and being a key contributor to exceptional client outcomes. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or Buildings related degree. SCSI, MRICS, or equivalent qualification.
