Logical are working with a large established Passive Fire client who are looking to expand the team and bring on a permanent Passive Fire Contracts Manager on a full time permanent basis.They cover a range of projects including schools, museums, care homes, hospitals and student accommodations across the country. Must have: 3 years+ experience as a Passive Fire Contracts ManagerExperience running multiple projects at the same timeCurrent industry knowledge and networking.Good knowledge of trade products and solutions.NVQ in Passive Fire or IFE Level 2 – Passive Fire.SMSTS qualified/CSCS Card.Full UK driving license. Duties include: Oversee all aspects of multiple projects and contracts from survey to handover.Plan, organise, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and with zero defects, prioritising customer satisfaction.Assist in design, lead procurement, surveying, oversee installations, and commissioning processes.Manage quality inspections and residents’ engagement sessions.Plan project workflows to ensure timely completion. Location: South East or East Midlands- this client has two offices so they are open to the Contracts Manager working in either office Salary: £50k-£60k
