Finance Manager | Rapid Growth SaaS | London/Hybrid
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 – Plus Bonus
We're looking for a passionate Finance Manager that thrives in a high growth environment. The Finance Manager will report to the Group Finance Director. This individual will assist with month-end close, budgeting/forecasting, statutory compliance and reporting, integration of new businesses and ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis for a portfolio of acquired companies
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Group Finance Director overseeing day-to-day finance operations
- Board pack/ MI prep & analysis
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure effective financial internal controls and continually evaluate established policies and procedures
- Maintain high-level interaction with the corporate finance department
- Actively participate in the processes related to the acquisition of new companies
Essential Background:
- Fully qualified /Finalist level accountant
- 3-4 years of practice experience required
- Experience with reporting and/or audits
- Some experience within tax
- Experience in a rapidly changing environment where agility and an eye for detail is crucial
- Advanced Excel and the ability to manipulate large datasets
- Strong communication skills and can effectively communicate their opinion and views
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and part of a team
